1. General information 
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services:

  • Registering an Account in the Store, in order to create and manage an individual account, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO (performance of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means in accordance with the Store Regulations),
  • Placing an order in the Store, in order to perform a sales contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) RODO (performance of a sales contract).
  • Subscribing to the Newsletter in order to send commercial information electronically. Personal data are processed upon separate consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

3. For the sake of security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent data from being made available to unauthorised persons. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all kinds of implementing acts and Community legislation. 

4. Personal Data is processed on the basis of consent expressed by the User and in cases where the provisions of law authorise the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of law or for the purpose of performance of a contract concluded between the parties.

5. The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about Users and their behaviour in the following ways: 

  • through information voluntarily entered in the forms
  • through the collection of "cookies" [see cookie policy]. 

6. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user. 

7. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to carry out an information contact process

8. Personal data left in the service shall not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. 

9. The data contained in the form can be accessed by the individual who placed them there. This person also has the right to modify and stop processing his/her data at any time. 

10. we reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be influenced by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on personal data protection and the development of our website. We will inform you of any changes in a visible and understandable manner.

12. Sharing of personal data:
The personal data of the Customers are transferred to the service providers used by the Administrator in the operation of the Shop, in particular to:

  • providers of Product delivery,
  • payment system providers,
  • accounting office,
  • hosting provider,
  • business software providers,
  • mailing system providers,
  • providers of software needed to operate an online shop.

The service providers referred to in point 1 of this paragraph, to whom personal data is transferred, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances, are either subject to the Administrator's instructions as to the purposes and means of processing such data (processors) or they themselves determine the purposes and means of processing (controllers).

The personal data of Service Recipients is stored exclusively in the European Economic Area (EEA), subject to §5 point 5 and §6 of the Privacy Policy.
