Complaints

If the goods have a defect, the Buyer may lodge a complaint specifying his demands for bringing the goods into conformity with the contract by replacing the product or refunding all or part of the money paid - withdrawal from the contract or by reducing the price.

The seller undertakes and is liable to the consumer for the product sold if the defect is found within a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

In the event of a product complaint, the company's policy includes the following procedure for making a complaint:
The buyer of the product may submit a warranty complaint to the Seller at the e-mail address: hurt@motokey.pl or in writing sent by letter to the Seller's address. A properly submitted complaint should include:

  • First and last name or company name and VAT number,
  • Contact address (e-mail or postal address of the buyer).
  • Indication of the subject of the complaint with an indication of the demand,
  • Description and circumstances justifying the complaint,
  • A photo indicating the damage in case of damage to the packaging, product or parts.
  • In the event of inconsistency in the technical specification or description, a photograph of the product and optional: a screenshot of the description indicating the differences.

If the information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented before the complaint can be considered, the Seller shall ask the complainant to supplement the complaint to the extent indicated by the complainant.

Once the Seller has received all the required information, he is obliged to respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it in the correct form. A reply to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address or postal address provided by the Buyer.
