When purchasing goods at a distance through the website www.motokey.pl - as an individual or a sole proprietor (the purchase is not of a professional nature) - you have the right to return the goods without giving any reason, i.e. withdraw from the Contract.
The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt and delivery of the order. Thus, in accordance with the company's policy and the regulations of the motokey.pl website, we respect the acceptance of returns in accordance with our procedure.
- Return notification. Informing the Seller of the return being made to the e-mail address: hurt@motokey.pl
- With attaching to the message the order number or proof of purchase in the form of an invoice. We also respect the transmission of an e-mail confirmation of the completion of the order, sent automatically by our service, in the course of making a purchase.
- Indication of the object of return or selected items of the order that are subject to return.
- Sending information about the shipment - Optional. Sending proof of shipment confirmation to the above email address - including proof of shipping costs incurred by the Buyer.
- Return of funds within 14 calendar days from the moment of acceptance of the returned goods to the Seller's warehouse - taking into account the condition of the returned item.
Condition of the returned product
- Returned goods should be in unaltered condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they were purchased.
- The product should be a complete set. By complete we mean: manuals, accessories, parts, assembly accessories.
We would like to inform you that a product that is damaged and bears obvious signs of use may not be eligible for a refund, as this may disqualify it from being re-circulated as new and unused. If the condition of the product has been damaged, we reserve the right to inform the customer with the continuity of the correspondence and may refund part of the money, including the complete shipping costs - by mutual agreement.
Time to return the product
The return of the product should take place immediately, together with the sending of the withdrawal information - but no later than within 14 days of the day on which the Buyer withdrew from the contract.

We recommend returning the goods using the same means of transport as they were delivered to the buyer, i.e. we use the following courier companies: DPD and DHL and other for foreign shipments. You can find a price list for parcels and associated costs on the official courier services.
We would like to remind you that it is the buyer's responsibility to prepare the goods properly for transport.
